Begin the celebrations with a glass of Witchery Champagne before savouring exceptional seasonal dishes including roast Isle of Skye scallops with romanesco and caramelised olive purée, Eyemouth lobster with champagne velouté, and Tournedos Rossini with foie gras and madeira jus. To finish, decadent desserts such as passion fruit pavlova and pink lady apple tarte tatin bring the evening to a suitably celebratory close.

The Hogmanay five-course dinner is priced at £180 per person, with expertly paired wines available for an additional £140 per person. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £90 per person is required to confirm the reservation.
