We are delighted to share our very own Witchery Whisky. This distinguished 10-year-old single cask Scotch Whisky has been matured in an ex-sherry hogshead cask at the renowned Highland, Teaninich Distillery.

Whiskey notes

A rich flavour profile combine warm notes of liquorice and toasted pumpernickel bread on the nose whilst the palate offers sweet tropical fruits, cantaloupe melon and a squeeze of lime. The smooth creamy texture and fresh hazelnut finish make for an indulgent taste experience to be savoured.

The Armoury Suite is accessed via a 16th-century turnpike stone staircase. Behind the door awaits a dramatic black and gilt salon, framed by theatrical amethyst and gold drapes; an oak-panelled bathroom with a roll-top bath for two; and a richly adorned blood-red bedroom featuring an opulent four-poster bed.
