Our Suppliers

Discover Our Sustainable Suppliers: Nurturing a Greener Future

We seek out sustainable suppliers who can provide high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients that not only taste great but also support the health and well-being of our planet.

By working with local farmers and producers, we support the local economy and reduce the environmental impact of transportation. This also allows our chefs to take advantage of fresh, seasonal ingredients from Scotland's bountiful natural larder.

We work hard to ensure sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, which is very evident in our menus. By prioritizing environmental impact, animal welfare, local sourcing, and social responsibility, we ensure our dishes are not only delicious but also support a more sustainable future for the planet.

These are just some of the fabulous local, foragers, farmers, fishermen, growers, cheese makers, smokers, butchers and gamekeepers who nurture some of the best Scottish produce available.

His understanding influenced the entire aquaculture industry, & that forward-thinking husbandry & innovation has continued at Kames to this day.
